📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on skin care products and treatments to customers.
• Assist in the management of the pharmacy inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.
• Conduct customer consultations to understand their skin care needs and recommend appropriate products and treatments.
• Work closely with the dermatologists and skincare specialists to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our range of skin care products and treatments.
• Train and support junior staff members in their roles and responsibilities.
• Assist in the organization of skin care workshops and events to promote our brand and products.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related role, preferably in the healthcare and beauty industry.
• A diploma or degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of skin care products and treatments, with a passion for beauty and wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software, such as the Pharmacy Management System (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Previous experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
