We offer a range of courses, including advanced techniques in facials, waxing, and skin treatments, as well as specialized training in laser and radiofrequency treatments.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the beauty and aesthetics training academy.
• Develop and implement training programs and curricula to ensure students receive high-quality education.
• Schedule and manage instructor training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
• Maintain and update training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia resources.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of instructors and training staff.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with industry partners and professionals to ensure the relevance and quality of our training programs.
• Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Beauty, Aesthetics, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in beauty and aesthetics training, preferably in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of beauty and aesthetics techniques, products, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant training management software.
• Certification in beauty and aesthetics training (e.g., Certified Aesthetician, Certified Beauty Therapist) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
