📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of asset optimization strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and lifespan of mining equipment.
• Conduct thorough asset performance analyses using data analytics tools like SAP and QlikView.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics to track asset optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for asset improvement and cost reduction.
• Implement predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on asset optimization initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in asset optimization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset optimization, maintenance, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading asset optimization projects and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools such as SAP, QlikView, and other industry-standard software.
• Certifications in asset optimization, maintenance, or a related field are a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
