In this role, you will use industry-standard tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel to manage financial data, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. You will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain and update financial documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
