📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate meetings, documents, and presentations between Mandarin and Indonesian, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and Indonesian operational teams.
• Adapt to different project requirements and maintain a high standard of translation quality.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide support in cross-cultural communication, helping to build strong relationships.
• Stay updated with industry terminology and trends to enhance translation accuracy.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of translation standards.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in project-based roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
