📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Manage financial planning and analysis to support business growth
- Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular financial statements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
- Coordinate with accounting and tax teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
- Proficiency in Mandarin language (both spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
- Certification in financial management or related field is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
