📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of luxury hotels and resorts in Badung, Bali.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Implement and maintain operational procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage and optimize the use of resources to minimize costs and maximize profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of operational procedures and best practices in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and QuickBooks.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
