Sentral Umar Kebab is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for ensuring our products are stored, organized, and shipped in a timely manner. This is a full-time position located in Balikpapan, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and reported.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
