Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control.,Ensuring the safety and security of the warehouse and its contents, including implementing and enforcing safety protocols.,Managing a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.,Monitoring and maintaining warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working order.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.,Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory records.,Analyzing warehouse performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing inventory, order fulfillment, and stock control.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
