📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with international and local food safety standards.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the quality control department, including inspection, testing, and validation processes.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.,Lead a team of quality assurance professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure their professional development.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in food safety and quality assurance, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.,In-depth knowledge of international and local food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP, ISO, and GMP.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Certification in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or Lean Six Sigma, is a plus.,Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
