📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts, and work with management to resolve them.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Bilingual (Indonesian and English) is a plus.
