📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize various banquet events and functions.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.,Manage event budgets and ensure cost efficiency.,Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.,Supervise and train junior banquet staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle event logistics, including venue setup and breakdown.,Prepare and present event reports and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet staff or event management roles.,Proven track record of successful event planning and execution.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and customs.
