📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverages served.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
