In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital marketing.
