Sehati Hendra Digital is looking for a talented and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company's needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities support the company's overall goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
