NEXA Group is seeking a dedicated IT Staff to join our team. As an IT Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to our employees. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity and security.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on new IT tools and systems.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.,Good understanding of data security and backup procedures.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g.PythonJavaC++) is a plus.Experience with ITIL framework is a plus.Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
