📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality products.
• Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse activities, and transportation logistics.
• Monitor and analyze procurement and logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance procurement and logistics efficiency.
• Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics management.
• Strong understanding of procurement and logistics principles, practices, and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using procurement and logistics software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Japanese (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and market is a plus.
