Puskesmas Fajar Cafe & Coffee is looking for an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to manage our outlet in Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Raya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for coffee and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.,Oversee staff training and development to ensure consistent quality of service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure brand consistency and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the coffee industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Understanding of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
