As a Merchant Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless transactions and providing exceptional support to our merchants. You will work closely with our technology team to implement and maintain our payment solutions, using tools like Stripe, PayPal, and local digital payment platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for e-commerce and digital payments, looking to make a real impact in Bali’s fast-growing fintech scene.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring merchant transactions, resolving payment issues, and providing training and support to merchants. You will also have the chance to work with a diverse team, contributing to the development of our digital payment ecosystem and helping to shape the future of e-commerce in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze merchant transactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide technical and operational support to merchants, ensuring seamless payment processing.
• Resolve payment issues and disputes promptly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement training programs for merchants to enhance their use of our digital payment solutions.
• Collaborate with the technology team to implement and maintain our payment platforms.
• Work with the marketing team to promote our digital payment solutions to new merchants.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the e-commerce and fintech industry.
• Contribute to the development of our digital payment ecosystem, helping to shape the future of e-commerce in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchant operations, e-commerce, or digital payments.
• Strong knowledge of digital payment platforms and e-commerce technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Stripe, PayPal, or other digital payment platforms.
• Certification in e-commerce or digital payments is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
