📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise internal audit activities to assess the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.,Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and methodologies to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct audits and inspections of financial and operational processes to identify areas of improvement and potential risks.,Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.,Provide training and guidance to junior auditors to ensure the continuous improvement of audit standards.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the internal audit function to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing standards, and relevant laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
