📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial documents.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
