📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software-related
• Assist in network administration and security tasks
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and equipment
• Document and maintain accurate records of all IT activities
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
