Freelance Recruiter (Remote) - Surabaya

Masuya Graha Trikencana is seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to meet our organization’s staffing needs. This is a full-time position, and you will work closely with our HR team to ensure we find the best candidates for various roles within the company.

As a Freelance Recruiter at Masuya Graha Trikencana, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions. You will use various recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor to find potential candidates. Additionally, you will work with our HRIS system, Workday, to manage the recruitment process and maintain accurate records of all candidates.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions
• Use recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor to find potential candidates
• Work with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Manage the recruitment process using Workday HRIS
• Maintain accurate records of all candidates and their status in the recruitment process
• Provide regular updates to the HR team on the status of the recruitment process
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
• Experience with Workday HRIS is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
