📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Manage financial planning and analysis to support business growth
• Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular financial statements
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
• Coordinate with accounting and tax teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
• Proficiency in Mandarin language (both spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Certification in financial management or related field is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
