📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during field operations
- Manage equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Provide technical support to clients and ensure their satisfaction
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project status
- Maintain accurate records of all field activities and expenses
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement operational improvements
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field operations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of telematics systems and vehicle tracking technologies
- Proven track record in coordinating field teams and managing projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or JIRA
