📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies,Lead and mentor junior finance staff,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve company performance,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors,Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts,Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards,Proficient in using financial software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
