📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain core banking applications using Java, IBM Db2, and Oracle.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product managers to understand and implement new banking products and services.
• Optimize and troubleshoot banking systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our banking systems.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
• Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure seamless deployment and integration of banking applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in core banking application development, with a strong background in Java and SQL.
• Certifications in IBM Db2 or Oracle are a plus.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of financial services and banking operations is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.
