Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and user-friendly,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Review and edit documentation to maintain consistency and quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide support to users through documentation and other resources,Participate in product development discussions to improve documentation,Create and maintain user guides, API references, and other technical resources🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software documentation,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience working with Agile development methodologies,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail🛠️ Keahlian
