In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Manage the accounting department's budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Coordinate with external auditors and ensure accurate financial reporting.,Train and mentor junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
