📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.,Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.,Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of tax returns, including corporate and individual tax filings.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.,Develop and implement tax strategies that help clients minimize their tax liabilities while complying with all relevant laws and regulations.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of tax services and projects.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of tax processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or CTX, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
