📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of shop assistants to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for customers.,Prepare and organize promotional displays and merchandise to attract customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in a retail environment.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and customer preferences.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
