📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Oversee the implementation of HR systems and processes.,Represent the company in HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
