In this full-time position, you will be the backbone of our HR legal team, ensuring that our employment practices are compliant with Indonesian labor laws and regulations. Based in Cikampek, you will work closely with our HR team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs that support our company's employment law and compliance goals.

As an HR Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research, drafting employment contracts, and providing guidance on employment-related legal issues. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of our company's employee handbook and other HR-related documents. With your expertise in employment law and compliance, you will help Asietex Sinar Indopratama maintain a legally sound and ethical workplace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Draft and review employment contracts, agreements, and other HR-related documents.
Provide guidance and advice on employment-related legal issues to HR team and management.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to support employment law and compliance.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our employment law and compliance framework.
Assist in the development and implementation of our company's employee handbook.
Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations, and provide recommendations for updates to our framework.
Serve as a resource for HR team and management on employment law and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law and compliance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS) and legal research databases is a plus.
